A privileged location for an unforgettable experience
It is not just a hotel... it is the beginning of a story that you'll remember.
On avenida del mar, you'll see a blue sign that indicates the entrance to the resort. You must enter the residential and at the first junction you have to turn to the left. You'll find the house “C13” at the end of the street with the sign “VV” on the wall.

To ensure a seamless experience during your stay, you we ask that you report your arrival time in advance. Our check-in time starts from 15:00. This allows us to organize properly and make sure that everything is ready for you.

Be sure to leave the villa before 11:00 in the morning. Before starting, I would greatly appreciate that closed all the doors and windows, turned off the lights and appliances, take out the trash and put the dishwasher in place if necessary. Don't forget to leave keys in the magazine safety, which is on the entrance door.

Although we love pets, is not allowed any pets in the house.

Quick guide to use the coffee maker and start your day
-Make sure that the water tank is full
before turning on the coffee maker(we do not recommend
use the water from the faucet). This will ensure that you have
sufficient water to prepare your drink.
-Turn on the coffee maker and wait for it to warm the
water. You'll know it's ready when a light
indicator, possibly with red color, you turn it on.
-Once the coffee is ready, press the button

Tips and recommendations for a safe use and comfortable in the swimming pool
Enjoy the pool to the maximum
We recommend to keep the pool cover on, while it is not in use. This will help keep the water's temperature, protect it from dirt and prevent evaporation.
Pool towels are available in the drawer brown located in the dining room. There is one available for each guest.
Measures: The lower part of the swimming pool measuring 1.20 m, and the more in-depth 1.50 m.

Awning:
Crank indicated in the image in a clockwise direction (to the right) to begin to open the awning. Do it evenly and smooth movements.
Don't open it completely. Stop turning when it is deployed to an appropriate level, always leaving a small margin, without deploying. This helps prevent jams and damage.
Doors to the dining room:
Closes whenever the big doors of the dining room carefully and without force.
Avoid closing with force, as that could get off the lane and cause damage to the mechanism.
